About Memorizes Al
Memorizes Al is an audio learning tool developed that converts any text or uploaded TXT file into high-quality repeated audio clips. It supports 30 languages, bilingual pronunciation mode, and customizable repetition counts — designed to help students, language learners, and professionals memorize content efficiently.
All generated audio files are automatically saved to the Files app under:
Files → On My iPhone → Memorize Folder,
allowing easy access, copying, and sharing.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how you can request its deletion. Please read it before using the app.
Data Collection & Usage
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our educational services. This data is managed and used according to the following framework:

Technical Note:
All data processing is conducted via encrypted channels to ensure user protection, with full self-service deletion options available directly within the application.
Audio & Text-to-Speech (TTS)*
Memorizes Al utilizes an Al-powered Text-to-Speech engine to synthesize audio from your provided text. The following protocols apply to this process:
Cloud Processing: Text submitted for conversion may be transmitted to a cloud-based TTS API provider solely for the purpose of generating audio output. The provider does not retain any data beyond the duration of the request.
Bilingual Mode: The Bilingual Pronunciation Mode processes text in two languages simultaneously. Both inputs are strictly governed by the same data privacy rules mentioned above.
Local Storage: Generated audio is saved exclusively to your device's Files app. We do not store or host any audio files on our servers.
Repetition Settings: You can select repetition counts from 1 to 100. These parameters are applied locally and are neither transmitted nor stored.
Sensitive Information: Users are advised to avoid submitting sensitive personal data (such as passwords, financial details, or medical records) for audio conversion, as this content must be transmitted to a third-party TTS API to facilitate the synthesis.
File Storage & files Folder
Memorizes Al requires access to your device's file storage solely to save and process audio files generated within the app.
Generated audio files are automatically saved to your device's files folder upon completion of conversion, allowing easy access, sharing, and reuse.
On iOS devices, saved files can be accessed via:

The app only reads TXT files that you explicitly select and upload for conversion. No other files or directories are accessed.
Memorizes Al does not access, scan, read, or transmit any unrelated files or folders on your device.
You retain full control over your data and may delete generated audio files at any time
Third-Party Infrastructure & Data Integration
To deliver high-performance educational tools, Memorizes Al integrates with the following industry-standard service providers. Data transmission is conducted strictly via secure Service

Data Retention
Account data (email address and language preferences) is retained for as long as your account is active.
Text and TXT file content submitted for audio generation is not retained after your session ends.
Audio files exist only on your device — Memorizes Al holds no copy.
Upon account deletion, all account data associated with you is permanently and irreversibly removed within 30 days.
Age Suitability & Parental Responsibility
"Memorizes Al" is rated 4+ and is suitable for users of all ages. We prioritize user privacy and minimize data collection.
Compliance: For users under the age of digital consent in their respective jurisdictions (e.g., 13 in the US, 16 in parts of the EU), the creation and management of an account should be performed under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Consent: By allowing a minor to use the app, parents or guardians consent to the collection of the minimum necessary data (email/hashed password) for authentication purposes.
Account Control: Parents or guardians retain the right to access, manage, or delete their child's account at any time through the in-app settings.
Terms of Use
Permitted Use
You may use Memorizes Al for personal, educational, or professional memorization and language learning. You may generate and save audio files for your own private use.
Prohibited Use
- Use the app to reproduce copyrighted content unlawfully.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or redistribute the app.
- Use the app in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
No Warranty
The app is provided “as is" without warranties of any kind. Salix does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of TTS output, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing Law
This policy and any disputes arising from use of the app are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Salix is registered.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this document will be updated. For significant changes, we will notify you via a notice within the app or by email. Continued use of Memorizes Al after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
